Our hypothesis was: Market research results change if a user experiences content in their social newsfeed, and doesn’t know their actions are being tracked. This is an honest, unbiased customer and brand interaction.
The process is simple - we get a range of creative variables live, and run them in the form of social campaigns and use engagement as our key measure for success. Insights are captured by gender, age, and location, helping us to confidently make product, marketing, physical distribution, and resourcing decisions more accurately than ever before.
